Our shop in Edinburgh
Diana Forrester was established in 1997 to offer stylish accessories for the
home and garden at affordable prices.
The shop is at 22 North West Circus Place, Stockbridge in a beautiful
Georgian building on the north edge of the
New Town in Edinburgh.

The shop is laid out over two floors and has an eclectic emporium feel to
it. We don’t do souvenirs and novelty
Scottish gifts, just good quality, design-led homeware, furniture and accessories
including a bold range of well made
costume jewellery. Goods are sourced from all over the world, with a strong collection
of items from France.

Stockbridge has something of a village atmosphere about it, although
it is only a ten to fifteen minute walk from
Edinburgh city centre. That sense of being in a more rural setting is
even more palpable when taking the scenic
route to Stockbridge along The Water of Leith walkway and bicycle route.
The river connects Stockbridge with the
Dean Village and Inverleith and the famous Botanic gardens are just a
stroll away.

Gentrification in recent years has not killed the area's bohemian vibe with
it’s basement pubs, quirky cafés and
antique shops but Stockbridge is now known for it’s range of stylish and
elegant shops most of which are independent
retailers. With our neighbours Farrow & Ball, Anta, Zanzero (sister vincaffé to
Centotre in George St) and Jeffreys
Interiors, Diana believes that North West Circus Place is the most relaxed and
stylish shopping area in Edinburgh.

Diana is usually in the shop but her enthusiastic
staff, Linzi and Jenny are there to help you
find the perfect product and they’ll gift wrap it beautifully free of
charge. Easy meter parking is available close-by and the best news is
that on Saturdays and Sundays,
parking in Stockbridge is free!

Open from 10 until 6 from Monday to Saturday and from 12 until 4 on Sundays.
