Delivery

We aim to despatch orders within 72 hours of receipt of your order via our courier service and aim to deliver to you within 5 working days. Delivery is charged at £5.95 per order (unless otherwise specified in the ordering process) and a supplement of £10.00 is payable for next day delivery. You will be informed immediately by email if there is likely to be a delay in delivery and you will have the option to cancel your order and your payment will be refunded. Our delivery charge is to addresses on the UK mainland only (excluding Scottish Highlands). Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and islands and overseas will be charged at cost and we will provide you with a quote. Please contact us for details.

Returns

We trust that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but should you need to return an item, please return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. Please also return the item in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).

Refunds are made within a week of an order being returned to us along with the original receipt. We do not refund postage on returned items. We carefully check all products prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged, please contact us by email to discuss returns procedure.
